About Us
Scropton Horse Centre is a busy riding centre in Derbyshire with excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. We are home to both Scropton Riding for the Disabled and Scropton Equestrian Centre; providing activities with horses for all abilities; mainstream and additional needs.
We are an ambitious team looking to create a centre of excellence for horse based activities with a focus on developing health and well-being as well as sport.
Current Opportunities
We’re looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who’s committed to learning to provide a high level of care for our horses & ponies. We are a Riding for the Disabled Centre and so you’ll be part of a team making a real difference to our participants lives through activities with horses.
You’ll need to be interested in developing good people skills as the role involves working alongside participants, volunteers and other staff. Our centre has great facilities, a warm welcome and is a rewarding place to work.
