‘Have a go’ Showjumping
‘Have a go’ Showjumping is next taking place on Sunday 20th September
Our ‘Have a go’ Showjumping sessions are being co-hosted by Helena Yates.
These are no-pressure, non-competitive confidence building sessions designed for anyone who’d like to gain more experience of show jumping in a friendly, relaxed environment. These sessions are open to adults & children, horses & ponies.
We’re offering classes at the following heights:
Ground Poles, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm & 50cm
Everyone is guaranteed a full round of show jumping, with support on hand if needed. The course will be single phase, there’ll be no eliminations and every rider will get a rosette.
We’re also going to be running a handy pony obstacle course alongside the showjumping to test your partnership with your pony/horse and everyone is welcome to have a go at this as well.
Entry is £9 per class, pre-booking is advised however Helena will take entries on the day for £10 per class.
Our Coffee bar will be open for refreshments throughout these events
All proceeds will go towards supporting Scropton RDA. Many thanks to Helena for donating your time to help run these events
